Powers:

• Some Sort of Necromancy ? Beelzebear didn't survive this long by being mortal. He however lacks a body of his own, and thus, although impossible to get rid of, is confined to the dead bodies he can borrow, which he usually tailor to his needs. These body are pretty squishy, but with enough preparation they can be made to fit various roles, the teddy bear being dedicated to the sculpting of more bodies.
  
• Wormhole Beelzebear's teddy form, his prefered one, contains a singularity where he stocks material for his sculptures. His fleshy fleshy sculptures.
• Medical Knowledge Beelzebear's art made him a consummate surgeon.
  
• General Venerableness Beelzebear knows things, a lot of them, after thousands of years meddling with other people's business. He's a master prankster too.
  
• Flight fly wings are a common trait on Beelzebear's creations, and in some case can be effectively used to fly like a beautiful eagle.
• Spit Beelzebear's creations' bodily fluids are all replaced by a black sugary blood that acts as a preservative to prevent the flesh to rot away. It is pretty sticky and overall gross, and can be spit at things for maximum effect (nothing but disgust).

Weaknesses:

• Fire the black goo is very flammable, although not generally seen outside the body in significant quantity to be a danger at the beginning of a fight.
• Wimp Beelzebear is an artist, not a fighter. If anything stops is bloodlust-like creative frenzy, he will probably flee any combat rather than harm his sculptures. He reallies more on brute force or technological advantage than skill.
  
• Easily Distracted Beelzebear will have random bouts of inspiration that might distract him from more important business at end. These can be provoked by numerous things, inclusing but not limited to: good-looking people, pretty sceneries, sweets, a chair, things that are round, etc.
• Easily Distracted no seriously.

Beelzebear lives his life alternatively as the butler to Lucy and hanging out with his friends Zig, Levi-tan and Babarhamut, being an artist and stuff. Eternity is a long time, you need all the occupation you can get.
As such Beelzebear combine a mild-mannered and serviable temperament with a quircky streak when not on the leash, making him as suceptible to greatly help people he likes with all powers vested in a multi-millenary being, as to screw with everyone else for his own enjoyment.
Beelzebear considers his own life performance art, and thus whatever he does, he does the shit out of it. Which is usually being there staring and being creepy, but nonetheless.
