As a demon, Ha can't have positive feelings by haself (this obviously come with a mastery of self-control) and instead mirrors the emotions of people surrounding ha; this happens wether ha wants it or not and so wear impermeable most of the time.
Ha lives with Azriel, a.k.a. Sam, who as an angel suffers from the same problem, only positive. The two of them manage to have a full emotionnal spectrum and that's very good because eh that feature may motivate to please an hypothetical human race, but if that never come because your planet has been ditched for some "Earf" (god how do you even pronounce that) you bloody well need to have some friends higher-up.
Ha's been passing time with Azriel for the last 17 years they embodied their current appearance by eating knowledge apple (which made ha incredibly insightful on all sort of random shit) and watching Earth throughout its history.
Their current appearances being a bit vague. As a tool for their trade, both have the ability to alter themselves in subtil and less subtil ways to catter to the guy they need to serve/trick and more often than not kill. As such Ha isn't as efficient in direct combat as ha is in deception and mind-fuckery. Azriel tolerate that because booty calls (he kinda fails at being godly, probably stems from some issues concerning his fate to kill everyone with the -cough- Droom. The broom of doom. Don't ask.), otherwise ha's much more head-on.
